1. Product families

Our product families group products with similar properties. For example, the fuel pumps in the HDM-eco series are divided into families. The HDM eco 60, 80 and 100 product families group different versions of the devices.

 

2. Product matrix

Our matrix is ​​a table with rows and columns:

  •     Lines: Any product.
  •     Columns: properties or categories.

 

3. Use of the Matrix

  • Find: Search for your product in the rows. An ● in the matrix indicates that a product has a certain property or is assigned to a category.
  • Compare: Check the properties in the columns.

 

Thanks to this matrix you can make an informed decision by choosing the product that is closest to your needs.

4. Inquiries from a product

Use the clickable hyperlinks (item number) in the preliminary column to be redirected to the individual product pages. On the product page, use the Inquiry Now button to be redirected to the inquiry form. Enter all the required information and contact details here and then click Send. We are now processing your request.

 

5. Requests from multiple products in a product family

To do this, use the inquiry form on the product family page. On the product family page, clickRequest Now below the matrix to expand the request form. Here you can now enter the required information and contact details. To request individual items or several items at once, use the matrix to determine the desired items and copy the respective item numbers into the Message input field.

To make it even easier for you to find the right product variations, we have created a product configurator, which you can download here.

       How to use the product configurator:

 

       1. Open the XLSX file

  • Download the product configurator and open the XLSX file in Excel or in a program that supports XLSX files (e.g. GoogleSheets)

 

       2. Filtering the data

  • Each column in the table corresponds to a product characteristic, such as pump type, flow rate or communication module.
  • Each line in the table corresponds to an item number, i.e. a product.
  • To filter the data, click the down arrow in the header of the desired column. This will open the filter menu.
  • From this menu, select the feature(s) you prefer.

          3. Apply the filters

    • After selecting the property you want, click OK.
    • The table is now filtered and only shows the products that match your selection.

     

           4. Gradual narrowing down

    • Repeat the filtering process in additional columns to further narrow the selection.
    • Repeat this process until you find the product variation that suits you.

     

           5. Reset the filters

    • To reset a filter, click the arrow in the header of the respective column again and select “Select All” to completely remove the filter.
