Joerg F. Mayer (born 1974) was appointed Managing Director of HORNGROUP Holding at the beginning of 2021, where he is responsible for the strategic direction of the entire Group. At TECALEMIT GmbH & Co. KG in Flensburg, he is responsible for finance and sales. 

Before joining HORNGROUP, Mr. Mayer worked as a managing director in a medium-sized mechanical engineering company for woodworking machines with a focus on market and product. From 2006 to 2011, he managed a production plant in China and founded various foreign companies. He received his Executive MBA from the ESCP in Paris.
