Control Unit
The head of the system is the intelligent control unit: a robust, approximately 3" graphic display combined with intuitive operation via 4 navigation buttons. You can also use our Companion App to easily operate the flow meter from your smartphone or tablet.
All relevant communication modules – LTE and GPS – are directly integrated, ensuring that TECALEMIT Flow remains connected at all times. For demanding operating conditions or hard-to-reach installation locations, a special variant of the control unit is available that allows the connection of external GPS and GSM antennas, ensuring seamless connectivity.
The control unit can be rotated by 90°, allowing for flexible use in various installations with differing flow directions.

Mobile Power Supply
The TECALEMIT Flow's mobile power supply is ideal for applications demanding flexibility and independence. With its battery compartment for 4x 1.5V AA batteries, the system ensures a reliable and autonomous power supply, eliminating the need for external power sources. This solution is particularly well-suited for mobile use and metering applications in diverse environments where a stationary power supply isn't available.
Stationary Power Supply
With the stationary Powerbox option, the TECALEMIT Flow offers a reliable and efficient solution for businesses requiring precise and stationary fluid dispensing. Thanks to flexible power supply options (120-230V AC or 12-24V DC) and the ability to integrate external measuring chambers, the system can be ideally adapted to the specific requirements of various applications.

Measuring Chamber with Oval Gear Meter
Opt for the oval gear measuring chamber when dealing with variable, low flow rates or dispensing highly viscous media. Its precise measurement technology ensures accurate recording, even with smaller dispensed quantities.
The oval gear measuring chamber is available in three variants to optimally cover different requirements:
- OG15 – With ½" connections and a flow range up to 15 l/min
- OG100 – With flange connections and a flow range up to 100 l/min
- OG150 – With flange connections and a flow range up to 150 l/min

Powerbox
To enable switching of pumps, solenoid valves, or similar devices via a relay, 100-240V AC and 12-24V DC Powerboxes are available. When using a Powerbox, a level probe can also be connected.
Flexible Power Options: The Powerbox offers versatile power input, accepting either 120-230V AC or 12-24V DC. This broad compatibility ensures that the TECALEMIT Flow can be easily adapted to various electrical systems in different industrial and commercial environments.
