IAS upgrade for TWM 2084 for C7/14 pulse generator

Hardware expansion for TWM with C7/14 interface, which integrates dispensation management into the TWM. This allows the dispensation to be managed and operated directly via the TWM 2084. This expansion can only be carried out with a computer module at HORN, and requires recalibration after that. The labor and calibration costs are not included in the price.
